TDC Learning Centers have provided high quality child care for working families since 1963.  Our Mission is to provide early educational services and child care to facilitate the development of children and families to their fullest potential.  TDC is proud to be a member of United Way of Greater Topeka.   We participate with SRS and the Child and Adult Care Food Program*.  Our programs are also supported by the City of Topeka, Shawnee County, parent tuition, grants, special fund raising events and donations.

TDC programs include:

Employer Sponsored Child Care:
Our Adventures in Early Learning Center  provides care and early education for children whose parents are employed by one of the following business partners:   Capitol Federal Savings, First Presbyterian Church, Hill's Pet Nutrition.

Parent-Child Learning Center:
The PCLC program is an extension of the Cooperative Education Program and serves the infants and toddlers of teen parents attending  high school.  The goal of the program is to help parenting teenagers continue their secondary education.
