                    TDC Learning Centers have provided high quality child care for working families since 1963. Our Mission is to provide early educational services and child care to facilitate the development of children and families to their fullest potential. We participate with SRS and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Our programs are supported by the City of Topeka, parent tuition, grants, special fundraising events and donations.
